October 2026 hardware update
Player tracking moves to the front of the line. Here's what changed across GMOOCA's hardware this month and what comes next.
Player tracking comes first
Player tracking turns play into points, rewards and free play. It’s what owners ask us about most, so it now leads our hardware work. We’re designing it in two forms.
The Home Player Center is a 6.2-inch touchscreen insert for the player tracking opening below the game screen. It becomes the machine’s only interface board: tickets in and out, free play and bonus credits are built in, with no PC needed. Players tap a GMOOCA card or use the machine’s existing card reader, earn session points, and spin a bonus wheel for free play.
The Enterprise Floor Module puts the machine interface and player display in one bezel module, designed for casino floors. It’s a design in development, not an approved device.
Both are proofs of concept. First-pass schematics are drawn and have been independently reviewed.
TITO Magic is on hold
The first TITO Magic board design is complete and checked. We’ve paused it so the player tracking prototypes can come first, and it resumes after them.
SAS Gateway
The first Gateway boards are with the board maker. A smaller second revision follows the player tracking prototypes.
Software
Player tracking, mini-games and rewards will come with Gaming Manager 3. Gaming Manager 2 continues to be finished and tested.
What’s next
- Bench tests of the screen, card taps and bonus credits on development kits, including on a real machine.
- Display samples from shortlisted screen makers.
- Circuit board layout of the Home Player Center, then a first prototype run.
- Adapter plates for each cabinet family, starting with the cabinets we own. Tell us which cabinets you have.
