Projects
The software, hardware and community platform GMOOCA is building, with where each one stands today. Most of what we earn goes back into this work.
Software
GMOOCA Gaming Manager 2
Windows software that connects to your machines over SAS or G2S and keeps track of meters, events, tickets and credits. Built for home game rooms and small floors, not casino budgets.
Gaming Manager acts as the host system for your machines. It speaks SAS, the serial link found on nearly every machine since the late 1990s, and G2S, the newer network standard. It reads meters and events, prints and validates TITO tickets, moves credits to and from machines, and runs progressives and bonuses.
It comes in three editions. Free runs one machine with no account needed. Advanced is for home game rooms and collectors with several machines, with full SAS and G2S support. Enterprise is for small casinos and operators, with more machines, staff accounts and multi-location options. Pricing will be announced closer to release.

Version 2.3 is in internal testing on our own bench machines. The current focus is G2S: making Gaming Manager connect to network-based machines exactly the way a real casino system does.
History
- G2S work continues: machines are brought into play automatically after they connect, and meters are collected every minute.
- Version 2.2 milestone finished. Work began on 2.3, a rebuild of the G2S connection modeled on how real casino systems talk to machines.
- Bench session on a real IGT machine over SAS; fixes from that session went into 2.2.
- First 2.0 beta built.
Software
GMOOCA Gaming Manager 3
The next generation of Gaming Manager, adding the enterprise and regulatory functions that casinos, route operators and multi-site businesses need.
Version 2 is built for owners and small floors. Version 3 is built for businesses that answer to regulators: detailed audit trails, user accountability with dual control on sensitive actions, secure accounting and reporting, and management across multiple locations.
Gaming Manager 2 isn’t intended for regulated, real-money floors. Version 3 is where that work happens, and we’ll share more about its features and the path to regulated use as development moves forward.

Actively in development alongside the 2.x releases. Version 2 lays the groundwork: the staff roles, audit trail and service host it adds are the foundation Version 3 builds on.
History
- Work started on a full casino management system with player tracking, mini-games and rewards built in.
- Version 3 development announced.
Hardware
GMOOCA Home Player Center
One touchscreen insert that replaces the bridge, the TITO board and the player tracking unit. It fits the player tracking opening below the game screen.
A 6.2-inch touchscreen insert that becomes the machine’s only interface board. Tickets in and out, free play and bonus credits are built in, with no PC needed. Players tap a GMOOCA card on the lit ring, or use the machine’s existing card reader, and earn points toward a bonus wheel spin for free play.
It connects to the GMOOCA app over Wi-Fi or an optional network cable, and works on its own without either. Power comes from the cabinet’s spare supply. See the player tracking page for concept images.

First-pass schematics are drawn and independently reviewed, as a proof of concept. Next come bench tests of the screen, card taps and bonus credits on development kits.
History
- First-pass schematics drawn and independently reviewed; display makers shortlisted.
Hardware
GMOOCA SAS Gateway
A small box that connects one machine's SAS port to your network with a single Ethernet cable, so you don't need to run a serial cable from every machine to your PC.
The Gateway sits next to the machine and handles SAS’s strict timing right at the cabinet. It takes its power from the same network cable it talks over (Power over Ethernet), so there’s no extra power supply to wire. GMOOCA will supply a cable for each manufacturer’s SAS connector.
Its link to Gaming Manager is encrypted, each unit has its own identity, and its firmware updates over the network. On paid editions of Gaming Manager, each Gateway you pair adds a machine to your license.

The first boards (Rev A) are with the board maker. A smaller second revision follows the player tracking prototypes.
History
- First boards (Rev A) sent for manufacturing.
- Rev A board layout finished and reviewed; plan made for a smaller Rev B.
- Design requirements locked: wired Ethernet, powered over the network cable, one machine per gateway.
- Earlier EGM Module design reviewed; its lessons carried into the Gateway.
Hardware
GMOOCA TITO Magic
A small plug-and-play board that lets one machine print and accept tickets on its own, with no PC and no network. Tap the service button for free-play credits.
TITO Magic is built for owners who just want it to work. Set the machine’s ticket options once using our setup guide for your brand, plug in one cable, and power it from the machine’s USB port or a phone charger. The board works out the rest on its own.
Tickets print and redeem across all your machines. Tap the service button twice or four times to add free-play credits in exact dollar amounts, chosen with one small switch; a single press still calls the attendant as usual. It’s protected against surges and mis-plugging, with a latching connector that only fits one way.
Want custom amounts, ticket logs or several machines managed together? That’s what Gaming Manager and the SAS Gateway are for. TITO Magic is for home and hobby use with machines you own.

The first board design is complete and checked. It is on hold while player tracking takes priority.
History
- Paused so the player tracking prototypes can come first.
- Design brief written and first circuit board design completed.
Hardware
GMOOCA Enterprise Floor Module
Machine interface and player display in one bezel module, designed for casino floors.
A dedicated processor keeps meters, door events and tickets running even while the display updates. One network cable carries both data and power, and the machine connection is isolated. It’s a design in development, not an approved device.

Hardware
GMOOCA SAS Gateway Wireless
The SAS Gateway's job over Wi-Fi, for game rooms where running a network cable to every machine isn't practical.
Like the wired Gateway, it handles the machine’s timing right at the cabinet and talks to Gaming Manager over an encrypted link. The wired Gateway stays the recommended choice for casinos and larger floors; the wireless version is aimed at home game rooms.

Early planning. It will share the wired Gateway's core and security, adding Wi-Fi and an antenna that works from inside a steel cabinet.
History
- Design brief started, replacing an earlier Wi-Fi converter idea.
